What happens if the server goes down?
It's your DigitalOcean, Hetzner, or Render account. It's as stable as any other SaaS, but you control it. You own the infrastructure and the data. You can set up backups, monitoring, and redundancy just like any other self-hosted application.
Do I get updates?
Critical bug fixes are free for 12 months. After that, you have full source code and can maintain or extend as you need. You're not dependent on a vendor's roadmap or forced updates.
Is my data secure?
Yes. The platform is self-hosted on your own infrastructure. Your data never leaves your environment. No third-party data hosting. You control access, backups, and security measures.
What does white-label mean?
You deploy the platform under your agency's name and branding. Clients see your brand, not ours. The client portal, employee portal, and all interfaces can be customized with your logo, colors, and branding.
Do I need technical knowledge to set this up?
